Job summary

YM FACADE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail drafter to produce shop and construction drawings for facade projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Certificate in AutoCAD or Architecture, strong AutoCAD skills, reading drawings, and at least 5 years of experience in steel/alum detailing.

BIM Revit knowledge is a plus. You will work independently and report to the Design Manager. This role requires meticulous work, site checks for dimensions and connections, and coordination with

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, Steel and Alum work.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy
• Prepare detailed as-built drawings
• Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
• Liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing
• Coordinate with contractors and Alum, Facade and Steel works on fabrication details
• Carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document
• Ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements
• Report to Design Manager
