Job summary

JGP-GROUP CONSULTANTS (S) PTE. LTD. seeks an Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to work with design principal and project manager, providing technical guidance to the design team for various building projects.

You will interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments, monitor delivery with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards. Collaborating with specialist consultants, you will demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM and related software

Qualifications

Master of Architecture or foreign post-graduate equivalent in Architecture.
4+ years of post-graduate experience in leading design/technical roles on large mixed-use projects.
Meticulous, team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Proficient in Revit, Illustrator, Navisworks, SketchUp, InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Newforma, Grasshopper and Enscape; familiarity with codes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills in English.

Responsibilities

Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards.
Monitor delivery of the project and coordinate with specialists and consultants.
Provide technical guidance to the design team for various building projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphics software for drawings, visualization and presentations.
Develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings with compliance to local codes and regulations.
