Job summary
JGP ARCHITECTURE (S) PTE LTD seeks an Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer to collaborate with the design principal and PM. You will guide the design team, coordinate with consultants, and ensure drawings meet firm standards with QA/QC checks.
The role requires strong CAD/BIM skills and proficiency in graphic design tools to produce construction drawings, visualizations, and presentation materials, while ensuring compliance with codes.
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture or foreign post-graduate equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience on large mixed-use projects.
- Meticulous team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Independent worker when required and collaborative in teams.
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD software and graphic design tools.
Responsibilities
- Interpret, organize, and coordinate assignments with the PM and QA/QC of drawings.
- Coordinate with specialist consultants for project delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as visualization tools.
- Develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings to firm standards.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, safety, and environmental rules.
