Overview
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to work with design principal and project manager, provide technical guidance to the design team members for various building projects.
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer's scope to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments, monitor the delivery of the project with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards.
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to coordinate with specialist consultants.
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphic design software for the production of construction drawings, visualization and presentation materials.
The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings with compliance to local codes and regulations, environmental rules, safety issues and other design and construction-related factors.
Qualifications
Master of Architecture degree or foreign post-graduate equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Design or related field.
Possess (4) or more years of relevant work experience which or more of post-graduate experience in a leading design and/or technical role on large, complex mixed-use projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma, Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus.
Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations;
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning and documentation skills in English.
