Job summary

DING SHENG E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural coordinator to assist the Architect in coordinating design detailing between Clients and Consultants.

You will supervise shop drawings, samples, mockups and materials to minimize conflicts and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings for contract and procurement, coordinating drawings for construction documents, and resolving site issues with BIM software or equivalent to maintain quality

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management and architectural trades.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Preferably with Design & Build Building experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management.
• Coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents.
• Resolve all site architectural issues and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity using BIM software or equivalent.
