Job summary

HUAY ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced architect to support the Team Lead in delivering concept designs, design development documents, and detailed REVIT projects.

You will lead collaboration with the design team and coordinate across disciplines to ensure high-quality architectural outcomes. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong BIM skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Rendering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in duties.
• Lead and collaborate with design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents.
• Prepare and review architectural renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT.
• Prepare interior design renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT.
• Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements.
• Prepare, update and issue tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues.
• Make submissions and liaise with authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and support licensure.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Prepare Feasibility Studies/EOI/Architectural Competitions as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Rendering
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Willing to work on Site independently and coordinate with Other Consultants
