ACO Architects LLP in Singapore seeks an architect to conceptualize innovative designs, perform feasibility studies, and present compelling proposals. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and authorities to secure statutory approvals and ensure smooth project delivery from tender documentation to on-site supervision.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing tender docs, and overseeing construction progress to meet quality standards.

Formación

• Proficient use of Revit/ AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce accurate architectural drawings and models.
• Effective verbal and digital communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple project tasks independently.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
