Job summary

HUAY ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architect to support the Team Lead, lead design collaboration, and develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents.

The role requires hands-on REVIT proficiency for architectural and interior design renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, and be able to work on-site, coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Willing to work on Site independently and coordinate with Other Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in his/her duties.
• Lead and Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents
• Prepare and review architectural renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
• Prepare and review Interior Design, including renders, plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
• Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements
• Prepare, update and issue tender documentation and construction drawings
• Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues
• Make Submissions and Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development and support the pursuit of architectural licensure
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prepare Feasibility Studies/ EOI/ Architectural Competitions as and when required

Job Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Rendering
