Inspired Homes Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Design & Project Lead for landed homes. You will manage design development through construction and handover, balancing aesthetic goals with buildable, practical solutions.

You will produce detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and space plans while coordinating with in‑house designers, consultants and site teams. The role requires strong client communication, problem solving on site, and adherence to regulatory requirements and project

Formación

• Diploma/degree in architecture or related discipline.
• 4–6 years in residential design/build or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
• Independently produce detailed drawings and coordinate with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop practical, well‑planned layouts for landed residential properties.
• Design attractive façades with good proportions, window arrangements, materials and detailing.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E and interior design requirements.
• Take ownership of projects from design through handover and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards.
