Job summary

TCA Design & Build, a design‑and‑build firm in Singapore, seeks a Design Lead / Design & Coordinator with deep landed residential experience. You will own internal design and control, ensuring every drawing is coordination‑complete, construction‑usable, and ready for site release.

Minimum 6–8 years of local experience with URA/BCA/SCDF and TOP, plus BOA or QP eligibility is advantageous. You will review full drawing sets, coordinate with consultants, manage RFIs, and protect the design intent

Qualifications

• Must have 6–8 years of experience.
• Singapore landed residential experience with URA, BCA, SCDF and TOP process.
• Ability to review full drawing sets and identify missing items before QP review.
• Confident to push back on consultants.
• BOA registration or QP eligibility is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drawing review and issue for construction.
• Coordination with external QP and PE.
• Authority tracking and document preparation.
• Drawing clash review before site release.
