Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architect / Design Manager to lead architectural design, planning, and execution for complex construction projects.

You will review drawings, manage budgets, coordinate with consultants and regulators, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards. The role requires 10+ years in architecture/design management and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field with professional registration.
• Minimum 10 years of architecture/design management experience on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Navisworks and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design, planning, and execution for construction projects.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, specs, quality standards, and safety.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural/technical issues promptly.
• Prepare documentation including QM/PQP, RFI/RFA, method statements, and inspections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators to ensure delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior architectural staff and promote teamwork.
