Job summary

InternSG is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage the technical and commercial coordination of projects from enquiry to completion. You will review architectural drawings, calculate material take-offs, and prepare quotations based on project requirements and cost references.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on drawings, submissions, and variation orders to support smooth delivery, with responsibility for procurement, delivery, and logistics

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architectural projects and production of material take-offs.
• Ability to prepare quotations and cost comparisons based on specifications.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and prepare material take-offs
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost comparisons
• Coordinate drawings, samples, technical submissions, and variation orders
• Support procurement, delivery, and logistics coordination
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams on measurements, clarifications, and project requirements
• Follow up on project enquiries, submitted quotations, and outstanding information
