Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture (Min RIBA Part 1) or Interior Design.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience; site experience is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and PowerPoint; rendering knowledge is a bonus.
• Clear written and verbal communication and independent working ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on architectural and interior projects from concept design through design development and detailed design.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, construction details, and tender documents and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors, and check shop drawings against design intent.
• Attend design coordination and technical meetings on site on behalf of the studio.
• Prepare clear, well-organised meeting minutes and project records.
• Manage your time across 2–3 houses and/or interior projects running at different stages.
