Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architect to support projects from design through to completion. You will manage project and contract aspects, coordinate with consultants and teams, and contribute to tenders; some smaller projects may be handled independently.

The role requires a degree in architecture, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD with Photoshop/PowerPoint as advantages. Based in Redhill, Singapore, with standard Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience handling industrial projects in Singapore, such as dormitories, warehouses or factories.
• Experience in building project planning and coordination.
• Basic knowledge of authority requirements, project execution and site matters.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and PowerPoint are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external project team members.
• Coordinate with the technical team on planning and building regulations.

• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues.

• Working Days: 5 days per week

Job Summary

Join the Architectural Project Management team to support projects from design through to completion.
