Job summary

Space Executive partners with a fast-growing Digital Infrastructure platform to hire an Architect based in Singapore. You will own the full architectural scope across multiple concurrent DC projects, from Basis of Design through to construction drawing validation and site master planning with regional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Accredited master's/bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years design experience in fast-track industrial or critical infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on with hyperscale data centre or mission-critical facilities; regionally mobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and delivery across hyperscale data centre projects from concept through completion.
• Own design QA across the full lifecycle—from 30% to 90% design validation through to construction drawing sign-off.
• Develop site master plans with architects, builders and MEP engineers, balancing resiliency and time-to-market.
• Complete test fits for Data Centre buildings, Facility buildings, and MEP plant.
• Drive construction methodology standardisation, inspection checklists and material specs.
• Lead authority pre-consultation and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Manage tender documentation and technical evaluation for General Contractors.
• Respond to RFPs and support business development with technical input.

We're partnering with a fast-growing Digital Infrastructure platform with an active regional pipeline to hire an Architect based in Singapore. You'll own the full architectural scope across multiple concurrent DC projects, from Basis of Design through to construction drawing validation and site master planning with regional travel as required.

What you'll be doing

• Lead architectural design and delivery across hyperscale data centre projects from concept through completion
• Own design quality assurance across the full lifecycle — from 30% to 90% design validation through to construction drawing sign-off
• Develop and finalise site master plans in coordination with architects, builders, and MEP engineers, balancing resiliency, operability, sustainability, and time-to-market
• Complete test fits incorporating Data Centre buildings, Facility buildings, and MEP plant
• Drive standardisation of construction methodology, inspection checklists, and material specifications for quality control
• Lead authority pre-consultation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage tender documentation and technical evaluation for General Contractors
• Respond to RFPs and support business development with technical input

What we're looking for

• Accredited Master's / Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years' design experience in fast-track industrial or critical infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience with hyperscale data centre or other mission-critical facilities
• Strong working knowledge of MEP space planning and infrastructure coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• LEED credentials and RICS/RTPI registration are a plus
• Comfortable managing concurrent projects across the region with travel as required
