Job summary

TPS Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor (Archi/Structural) to oversee daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety compliance. You will monitor progress against program, keep site records, and liaise with the site team.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building with at least 5 years in construction, knowledge of formwork safety, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction.
• Formwork Safety Supervisor certificate preferrable.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with supplier, sub-con and to ensure the architectural/structural workmanship standards and progress.
• Monitor progress against program and report delays; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and enforce site rules.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimize downtime.
