Job summary

QXY RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to deliver high-quality finishes and well-coordinated projects. You will review drawings, coordinate across teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination (A&A / New Build projects).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Familiar with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS & Quality Mark standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant design software.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and produce architectural drawings including shop drawings.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications and approved plans.
• Supervise and inspect subcontractors’ works to ensure quality and workmanship standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards (e.g. BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark).
• Prepare and manage submissions, material approvals, reports, and site documentation.
• Monitor architectural work schedules, material procurement, and site progress.
• Attend project and site meetings, providing updates on coordination and progress matters.

Your Role

As a key member of our project team, you will:

• Review, coordinate, and produce architectural drawings including shop drawings

What We’re Looking For
