Job summary

Singapore Institute of Management Group is seeking a Finance Specialist on a 1-year contract. The role covers end-to-end AR/AP operations, SAP support, month-end closing, and process improvements. You will liaise with Finance, Business Users, IT, and SAP teams to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory AR/AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. A discretionary bonus awaits upon contract completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receipting, allocation, reconciliation, and collection activities.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to billings, receipts, customer balances, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate AR / AP records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support SAP users on Sales Order, billing, receipting, and AR / AP transactions; monitor and resolve SAP issues.
