Job summary

SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Finance Specialist on a 1-year contract. The role covers end-to-end AR/AP operations, including receipting, reconciliations, and issue resolution, serving as a liaison between Finance, Business Users, IT, and SAP support teams.

The candidate will support month-end closing, prepare reconciliations, and drive process improvements. Requirements include a accounting/finance degree and 3–5 years supervisory AR/AP experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receipting, allocation, reconciliation, and collection activities.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to billings, receipts, customer balances, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate AR / AP records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support users on SAP transactions and coordinate with IT and SAP consultants to resolve system issues.
