ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a finance-oriented candidate to support accounts receivable and accounts payable in a well-established energy company. The role involves handling invoices, processing payments, and verifying documents while maintaining accurate records.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using systems and following procedures to ensure timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of AR/AP or finance experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow established procedures and instructions.
• Good multitasking, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with systems and technology.
• A keen learner with a positive and responsible working attitude.

Responsabilités

• Handle trade and non-trade invoices, including accounts receivable and payable transactions.
• Process daily payments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with payment-related matters.
• Provide operational support and coverage for team members when required.
• Assist with other treasury and finance-related duties as assigned.
