Qualifikationen

• Relevant degree in life sciences or related disciplines.
• Experience in aquaculture research is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DNA/RNA assays and sequencing workflows.
• Ability to read scientific literature and contribute to reports.

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct life science R&D experiments focusing on aquaculture.
• Support genetics/genomics research and sample processing.
• Perform basic analysis of genetic/genomic data using statistics/bioinformatics.
• Review literature and contribute to reports, manuscripts.
• Support genetic diversity, population genetics, marker development.
• Collaborate with project leaders and partners to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate sampling and phenotyping with collaborating institutions.
• Mentor students and assist internships and projects.
• Support procurement and lab documentation.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by leaders.
