Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a data scientist to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions for client services and product improvement.

You will consolidate unstructured data from diverse sources, build models, and collaborate with product teams to translate findings into actionable insights and improvements. The role requires hands-on experience with Python and SQL, cloud deployment (GCP), and a strong background in statistics and machine learning.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related field with minimum 3 years' experience in data science roles.
• Foundation in statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and modern machine learning techniques.
• Experience in semiconductor yield analysis & process optimization (e.g. analyzing FDC or SPC or Probe data).
• Experience in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) process.
• Ability to extract data from multiple databases via SQL and apply data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data handling.
• Experience deploying end-to-end production-grade AI solutions in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Primary Responsibility, but not limited to

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields. with minimum of 3 years' experience in data science roles.
• Foundation in statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and modern machine learning techniques.
• Experience in semiconductor yield analysis & process optimization (e.g analyzing FDC or SPC or Probe data)
• Experience in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) process.
• Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
• Experience in deploying end-to-end production grade AI solution in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong proficiency in Python, with minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with web development such as Angular, FastAPI, Docker.
• Experience working with and applying generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
