United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager for the Forge Solutions Architect team to lead a multidisciplinary group that blends business strategy with engineering to co-create production-scale MVPs within customer environments.

You will mentor across Data Analytics, Security, Software Engineering, and Advanced AI while ensuring operational excellence from discovery to production graduation. Strong leadership and cloud-native experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in software engineering management or multidisciplinary technical solution teams in a cloud environment.
• Experience leading discovery, design, and implementation of production-grade cloud solutions.
• Experience building generative AI solutions, multi-agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Architects and Engineers to deliver MVPs and accelerate path to production.
• Establish coding standards and architectural best practices across the team.
• Partner with sales and leadership to scope high-value opportunities and deploy cross-functional squads.

• Track record of establishing a defined path to production by aligning, upskilling, and collaborating with cross‑functional customer teams to successfully graduate prototypes into scalable, live environment deployments that deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Expert at diagnosing business problems and designing feasible, real‑world solutions that align both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Integrate AI models into complex enterprise pipelines, ensuring data readiness, robust database foundations, sovereignty, and compliance.
