Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) is seeking a Research Associate to support operational delivery and data management for a national study on digital adult-learning quality and outcomes. You will coordinate participant recruitment, data collection, surveys and diary administration across multiple CET providers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in psychology or related field and strong data handling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social or behavioural sciences, statistics/data science or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of quantitative research methods and data collection.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Investigator in day-to-day delivery and completion of all project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, scheduling, communications and retention across pilot studies.
• Set up and administer research instruments and workflows using Qualtrics.
• Support stakeholder workshops, Delphi rounds, interviews and provider engagement, including logistics and transcription.
• Collect, organise, clean, code, merge and quality-check survey, interview and related data from multiple sources.
• Maintain secure participant trackers, data dictionaries, audit trails and study documentation; de-identify data as required.
• Liaise with participants, course teams, partner institutions and vendors; support procurement and project administration.
