Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with eight years of experience.
• Strong training in quantitative methods and survey design.
• Experience with psychometric validation.
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS, Stata, Mplus).
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience in adult learning or digital learning research.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day scientific and operational delivery of the project.
• Lead co-design activities, stakeholder workshops and pilot testing.
• Design and implement pilot and field studies with 1,000 adult learners.
• Lead psychometric and statistical analyses and data quality checks.
• Develop research instruments and workflows (surveys, interviews).
• Coordinate with CET providers, academics, enterprises and vendors.
• Mentor Research Engineer/Assistant and student assistants.
• Prepare progress reports, manuscripts and policy-ready outputs.
• Maintain reproducible research records and ensure compliance.
