Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking experienced game developers and engineers to join the GDT academic team. You will design curricula for game programming, mentor students and drive innovation in applied projects.

You will shape future-ready learners by delivering technical content, collaborating with educators and industry partners, and staying current with trends to enhance learner employability.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in game design, production, or related field.
• Qualification in Game Design, Production, Development or equivalent track record.
• Portfolio of shipped titles or project work required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum for diploma/specialist courses in game design and related areas.
• Coach and mentor student teams through full development lifecycle.
• Model studio practices including milestone planning, Agile/Scrum and team leadership.
• Engage in outreach, game jams and industry engagements.
• Create high‑quality digital and online learning content.
• Handle academic admin tasks like assessment planning and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with educators and industry partners to improve teaching practice.
