Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in technology with AI/automation leadership.
• Proven enterprise AI strategy, consulting, or transformation leadership.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, NLP, CV, and intelligent automation.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to shape Data & AI strategies, identify transformation opportunities, and deliver strategic advisory engagements.
• Facilitate AI and data workshops, assessments, and innovation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define and execute the organization's AI vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across enterprise ecosystems, cloud platforms, IoT environments, and business applications.
• Drive AI adoption across use cases involving machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, computer vision, NLP, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, and business value creation.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across AI engineering, data science, and solution delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to strengthen AI innovation capabilities.
• Establish partnerships with technology vendors, ecosystem partners, and research communities to accelerate AI initiatives.
• Support solution architecture, technology selection, and capability development for enterprise AI programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in technology, with significant experience leading AI, data, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Proven experience in enterprise AI strategy, consulting, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia is preferred.
