TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to drive government IT projects from initiation through Day 2 handover. You will own outcomes and lead cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and independent delivery of complex initiatives with strict timelines and compliance requirements.

Formación

• Cat 2 security clearance by Singapore Government Agencies.
• Engineering degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in Government Applications Projects as PM.
• Proven track record delivering government IT application projects (Day 1 / Day 2).
• Ownership of project delivery outcomes, not PMO/reporting-only roles.
• Experience leading project teams (5+ people).

Responsabilidades

We are seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to deliver mission-critical, government-related IT application projects from project initiation through deployment and operational handover (Day 1 / Day 2). This role is for a hands-on delivery PM who owns outcomes, not a PMO or coordination-only profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of government application projects, including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live (Day 2) support
• Accountable for schedule, scope, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and partners in a regulated government environment
• Own deployment planning, cutover activities, and operational readiness
• Act as the primary interface with government customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and present clear project status, risk, and progress reports to management and customers
• Deliver projects under tight timelines and regulatory constraints

Mandatory Requirements

• Cat 2 security cleared by Singapore Government Agencies
• Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years work experience and 3 years of relevant Government Applications Projects as Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering government-related IT application projects (Day 1 / Day 2)
• Demonstrated ownership of project delivery outcomes, not PMO or reporting-only roles
• Experience managing project teams (5 or more)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and management reporting
