Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager - Applications (Information Technology) to lead multi-year programmes spanning several business units. You will oversee all aspects of programmes through lifecycles, ensuring scope, quality, time and cost constraints are met, and allocate resources effectively.

You will guide cross-functional teams, including vendors and clients, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Programme management skills including planning, governance and coordination across multiple years.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Set programme management framework with templates, tools and metrics.
• Develop the integrated programme plan with activities, resources and cost estimates.
• Implement the programme to meet schedules, budget and quality targets.
• Manage teams with budgeting, staffing and coaching to achieve objectives.
