Job summary

Oneness in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the lifecycle of assigned products and business applications, driving strategy from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical initiatives, develop roadmaps, define KPIs, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Product Management, Project Management, ITSM, or Business Analysis are an advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, application management, software development, IT project management, or business analysis.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders.
• Experience managing or leading application/product teams.
• Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
• Knowledge of product roadmaps and backlog management.
• Experience with application testing, QA, release/deployment processes.
• Vendor and third-party management and security risk awareness.
• Ability to communicate with senior management, business users, developers, and technical specialists.
• Able to translate plans into delivered outcomes.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Requirements
