The Edge Contracting Services is seeking an hands-on Application Support Engineer to monitor critical digital platforms across web, mobile, and kiosk environments. You’ll own production incidents end to end and take ownership of fast, reliable resolution.

Join a collaborative team and work on Azure cloud services and AEM environments, performing deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements to reduce recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Production environment incident management experience.
• Hands-on Azure troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, web apps, and system integrations.
• Understanding of security concepts like certificates and access control.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change).
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and resolve production incidents end to end.
• Troubleshoot Azure App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Support AEM production issues including publish instances and dispatcher cache.
• Analyse logs to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Investigate API failures, database connectivity and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, vendors, and security teams.
