The role requires incident triage, problem management, and strong collaboration with stakeholders, across cloud, Linux, and containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business-facing application support or SRE.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex system issues across layers.
• Experience in triage, incident, and problem management.
• Proficient with Cloud (AWS/Azure), Linux, and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile mindset.

Description du poste

Summary:

• The successful candidate is expected to be a skilled Production Support and SRE professional with experience supporting mission-critical business applications from both a technical and business support perspective.
• A techno-functional, hands-on Support/SRE individual with exposure to modern technologies is desirable. Experience in Agentic AI will be a value addition.

Skillset Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of business-facing application support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues across multiple technology layers.
• Experience in supporting triage, incident management, and problem management.
• Proficient in Control-M, Unix commands/Bash, and Shell scripting.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS and/or Azure) and Cloud-Native technologies.
• Experience with Linux and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/scheduling tools such as Autosys, Control-M, Datadog, Terraform.
• A great attitude and a proactive learner.
• Hands on experience in supporting business facing applications and users.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Possess positive learning and collaborative mindset.
• Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes
