Job summary

Wearnes Automotive in Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide development and administration of enterprise systems. You will handle user support calls, perform troubleshooting, and escalate vendor resolutions when needed.

You will test pre-release applications, participate in implementation projects, and coordinate with vendors for patches and upgrades, while maintaining strong collaboration with users across all levels.

Qualifications

• Recognised IT degree or diploma required.
• At least 3 years' experience in application support and implementation.
• Experience deploying workflow and automation solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Nintex K2, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

• A recognise degree/diploma in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation.
• Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions
• Hand-on knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate and SQL
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with ability to work with people from all levels
