Job summary

Tech Mahindra (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with 7+ years in IT and 6–8 years on Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics CRM and .NET. You will lead end-to-end MS CRM implementations, with multi-geo rollouts, and hands-on experience across Sales, Service and Field Service.

The role requires architecture & design leadership, CRM SDK usage, Azure integrations, and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• At least 7–12 years of IT experience.
• 8–10 years on Microsoft technologies, incl. Dynamics CRM, Dot Net, SharePoint (Dynamics 365 CE Cloud is a must).
• Must have architecture & design experience as Technical Architect in 2–3 large MSCRM implementations.
• Must be thorough with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service and CRM APIs.
• Must be hands-on with MSCRM 2013/2016 and Dynamics 365, including CRM SDK, plugins, JS, Azure functions and WebAPI.

Location: Singapore

Skillset: MS CRM Dynamics, Dot net., ARCGIS SDK (7 years) Power apps, GIS, Map taskr, Powerapps, Power BI

• At least 7 - 12 years of experience in IT
• 8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on, Dynamics CRM, Dot net, SharePoint. (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
• Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service /Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
• Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions, WebAPI services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
• Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML5.
• Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment
• GIS skill set with at least ARCGIS SDK is a must
• Experience in Power Apps in preferred
• Good team handling and customer facing skills
• Experience in AWS is optional preferable
