Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder in an engineering discipline (i.e Computer/Electrical Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls or emails and answer inquiries concerning product capabilities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone/email and on-site.
