Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an Application Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) for projects in Singapore West. The role involves supporting diesel generator and power systems, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.
Onsite installation, testing and commissioning will be required, with travel as needed. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics is required; experience with power generation or related industries is preferred.

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: West
Salary: Up to $6,000/month
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Completion Bonus: 1 Month Salary
14 Days Medical Leave
$360 Medical Claims Per Year
Support mechanical and electrical engineering projects involving diesel generators and power generation systems.
Review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documents.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on project requirements.
Assist with equipment selection, design reviews and technical documentation.
Support onsite equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.
Ensure engineering projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
Travel overseas for project requirements when necessary.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
Relevant engineering experience in power generation, marine/shipping, oil & gas, automation or related industries.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Familiar with 2D/3D CAD software.
Experience in project coordination, equipment installation or commissioning is advantageous.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
