Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science.
• Familiar with the semiconductor process engineering field.
• Deep understanding of process trends and applications in CVD/PVD/Etch.

Responsibilities

• Lead product application roadmap and customer technical gaps.
• Technically lead difficult, complex application activities and teams.
• Lead on-site demos, evaluation, and SOW-driven commitments.
• Interface with customers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
• Develop new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer support.
• Lead customer technical review meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones and customer ramp-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Through in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps, lead product application roadmap for future solutions

• Technically leads difficult, complex application activities and team

• Create and Leads the execution teams ß-sites, evaluation and demos at customers site, through high involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule

• Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule

• Define/approve Product application support plans for installation

• Create & Lead new methodologies in order to optimized system performance for specific application

• Analysis, Develop and Transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from product division to customer application support team

• Lead customer Technical review meetingsthrough in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps, lead product application roadmap for future solutions

Key Education and Job requirements:

Technical and Application Expertise:

1. Deep Understanding of customer process technology trends, and semiconductor manufacturing applications

2. Looking for goof knowledge in one of the process CVD/PVD/ETCH.

3. Knowledge to understand process sensitivity and key process knobs.

Customer Engagement

1. Ability to establish credibility as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

2. Strong communication skills to understand customer requirements and align solutions with business objectives.

Program and Project Management

1. Experience in understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.

2. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product Development, Engineering, Service, and Customer organizations.

3. Strong execution focus with the ability to drive commitments and deliver results.

1. Deliver measurable improvements in system performance, process monitoring ability

2. Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of critical customer issues for one of the applications ( CVD/PVD/Etch)
