Job summary

ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. seeks a senior systems analyst to gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and drive full SDLC across Java-based applications. The role emphasizes Helix Platform expertise, Remedy/Pentaho integrations, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

You will design, implement and maintain complex systems, lead technical solutions, and ensure quality through testing and QA, with vendor management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in systems analysis, design including database design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Experience with Helix Platform and related tools (Remedy, Pentaho).
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Good communication, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role:

• Gather and analyse user requirements, then translate them into clear application specifications.
• Analyse, design, test, implement, and maintain application systems and web-based applications.
• Work independently to gather requirements from users and convert them into technical solutions.
• Support full Software Development Life Cycle from initiation to deployment.
• Prepare low-level design docs and follow best practices development guidelines.
• Translate customer requirements into system, application, and process designs.

Requirements:

• Has 5+ years experience in systems analysis, design including database design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Helix Platform experience is a must:
  • BMC Helix Innovation Suite and Remedy AR System: design, develop, customize applications and workflows.
  • BMC Remedy Developer Studio, Pentaho for workflows, forms, templates, and integrations
  • Helix iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems
  • CMDB: build/enhance classes, relationships, datasets, reconciliation rules, and discovery integrations
  • Strong Java programming skills.
• Good communication, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Technical Skills Required

• Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XMLBash/Shell scripting.
• IDE & Dev Tools: Eclipse, Web Integrated Development Environment.
• Web & Architecture: Web Services: REST, SOAP, WSRP, Service Oriented Architecture, Responsive Web Design, Rules Engines, SAM
