Job summary

INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Application Analyst & Designer with 8+ years of experience in data integration and financial services.

You will work on Credit Risk, Basel and iFRS9 projects, implementing changes, enhancing the Informatica environment and building complex ETL processes for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL, Unix scripting, and experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.x on UNIX platforms, plus exposure to PCCM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x on UNIX/AIX with AS400/Oracle source and targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business users and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with QR , Biz Users and project Team and Perform A&D work for Credit Risk, Basel and iFRS9 applications and list out the changes needed in these applications due to the change requests
• Support and enhance existing Informatica environment and develops new, complex ETL processes to support additional design, development and deployment of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Data Marts
• Responsible for the operational support of Informatica Metadata Manager including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, performance and administration
• Support user acceptance test activities along with code migration, job scheduling activities as per the internal processes
• Work with other data analysts, business users and IT professionals to ensure that data requirements are met with the highest degree of integrity and efficiency
• Ensure that documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners
• Escalate critical technical issues and potential problems as needed to the Project Manager to address any related issues in advance of deadlines
• Should able to communicate with users and support their queries

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• Proficiency in Informatica Power Center 10.x in an AIX, Solaris environment with AS400/Oracle source and targets.
• Experience on Credit , BASEL & iFRS9 related projects and should have knowledge on Basel risk variables like EAD, LGD, PD,ECL, RWA etc.
• Understanding of development lifecycle methodology and ability to successfully deliver Informatica assignments.
• Knowledge in Unix scripting would be an added advantage
• Exposure in database tuning would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Experian PCCM product is an added advantage
• Good communication
