Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Public Affairs, or Economic Development.
• Experience with government officials and regulatory bodies.
• Expertise in spectrum management and international telecommunications licensing.
• Familiarity with ITU regulations and regional telecom frameworks in APJ.

Responsibilities

• Spectrum management to ensure interference-free operations.
• Policy advocacy with national regulators to shape NGSO policies.
