Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking an APJ Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations across Australia, India, Japan, and Singapore. You will own month-end close, ensure timely reconciliations and journals, and deliver outputs for Senior Manager review.

You will manage outsourced providers, coordinate statutory filings, and drive process improvements while upholding SOX controls. The role reports to the Manager, International Accounting and acts as day-to-day owner of regional delivery, aligning

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified accountant with global accounting exposure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Solid understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Close & Financial Reporting Delivery for APJ region.
• Own timely and accurate delivery of APJ month-end close.
• Ensure reconciliations, journals, and schedules meet deadlines.
• Present outputs for Senior Manager review and approval.
• Act as day-to-day contact for senior management and external providers.
• Manage outsourced provider performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate statutory filings and audits; ensure local GAAP compliance.
• Oversee APJ Accountant and ensure prioritisation and delivery standards.
• Consolidate intercompany positions and cash requirements; provide 60-day outlook.
• Drive SOX controls adherence and continuous process improvements.
