Job summary

Blackstone seeks a dynamic VP – Product Manager for APAC Private Equity and Investor Relations Technology (AAMT) in Singapore. You will bridge strategy and technology, owning complex initiatives from inception to delivery while partnering with APAC business teams to remove friction and drive adoption.

You will translate business needs into BRDs/PRDs and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable data and automation solutions across deals, fund performance, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, product ownership, project management, business analytics, or related roles.
• Exposure to alternative asset management, private equity, investor relations, client services, or wealth management preferred.
• Experience creating product documentation such as BRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and process maps.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, data, and business teams across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the APAC technology roadmap across Private Equity and Investor Relations use cases.
• Set quarterly deliverables and align roadmaps with global technology objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation and partner with engineering to deliver them.
• Lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks related to deal tracking and portfolio monitoring.
