Blackstone Technology & Innovations seeks a dynamic VP - Product Manager for APAC Private Equity and Investor Relations Tech in Singapore. You will own the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions that democratize data for non-technical users.

Qualifications
- Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and technology solutions.
- Proven ability to document BRDs, PRDs, specs, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data, and business teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong understanding of APAC business dynamics in Finance or Private Equity contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the APAC technology roadmap for Private Equity and Investor Relations use cases.
- Collaborate with APAC business teams to identify friction and drive efficiencies.
- Translate needs into BRDs/PRDs and work with engineering to deliver.
- Lead data integration, automation, and reporting across deals, funds, and client interactions.
- Identify AI use cases to boost productivity and enable adoption of firm AI tools.
- Manage relationships with data vendors and platforms across BXTI ecosystems.
