Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Transportation Operations APAC to lead end-to-end transportation across Asia Pacific, ensuring reliable, compliant, cost-effective movement of products across regional networks.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and external providers to drive operational excellence, transportation reliability, supplier performance, and network transformation across MedTech businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Experience across APAC regional and inter-regional networks.
• Experience managing multi-modal transportation (air, ocean, road, parcel).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transportation operations across APAC and inter-regional networks.
• Drive on-time delivery and optimize transportation performance across multiple modes.
• Coordinate shipment prioritization and recovery actions during disruptions.
• Own transportation performance and governance with carriers and 3PLs.
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions and ensure rapid recovery.
