Job summary

A leading structural engineering software company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with Mandarin for the Product Engineer role. You will support engineers across the Asia Pacific region by providing technical expertise and customer experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating software solutions, creating content, and training resellers. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and is proficient in CAE/FEA software, with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or similar.
• Over 3 years of experience in structural design.
• Good knowledge of CAE/FEA software used by engineers in the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm to fit quickly into a dynamic international team.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region frequently.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content for IDEA StatiCa APAC.
• Demonstrate IDEA StatiCa at meetings, workshops, and webinars.
• Support sales and marketing colleagues with technical expertise.
• Educate resellers for customer experience support.
• Provide technical support for IDEA StatiCa software solutions.
• Assist resellers in providing software training.
• Formulate software development proposals based on feedback.
• Test new software versions for compatibility.
