Job summary

SearchAsia Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior strategy and transformation leader to translate business priorities into actionable programs across APAC.

You will partner with regional leadership to design initiatives, oversee timelines, budgets, resources and risks, and ensure delivery aligned with corporate objectives. Qualifications

• Degree in Business
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, programme management, business transformation, marketing, commercial operations or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional cross-functional programmes, overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making and provide strategic recommendations.
• Establish performance KPIs, analyse business trends and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support the Sales in driving commercial initiatives, leadership engagements, business reviews and customer-related strategic discussions.
• Drive organisational transformation, manage stakeholder communication and adoption of new processes while developing team capabilities and fostering continuous improvement.
