seeks a Regional Engineering Solutions Manager to lead Solutions Engineering across Asia Pacific, ensuring regional technical delivery, team performance and customer support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions. The role combines people leadership with advanced technical expertise in professional audio system design, acoustic modelling and product application, working with consultants, system integrators, distributors and internal sales teams to meet customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology or related discipline.
Minimum eight years of experience in professional audio and AV engineering.
Experience managing technical teams across multiple countries.
Proven experience designing and specifying complex professional audio systems.
Strong understanding of acoustics, loudspeaker systems, DSP, networking and audio transport technologies.
Experience using acoustic modelling tools such as EASE or equivalent.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of regional professional audio system designs.
Provide technical guidance and escalation for complex projects across APAC.
Develop regional training programs and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with sales, product management and support teams to align regional activities.
