Job summary

KEENFINITY PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Engineering Solutions Manager to lead the Solutions Engineering function across Asia Pacific. You will drive regional technical delivery, team performance, and customer support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions.

You will manage a regional engineering team, set standards, and coordinate with global Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support. Travel across Asia Pacific is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology or related discipline.
• Eight+ years of experience in professional audio and AV engineering.
• Experience managing technical teams across multiple countries and resource planning.
• Designing and specifying complex professional audio systems.
• Strong knowledge of acoustics, loudspeaker systems, DSP platforms, networking and audio transport.
• Experience using acoustic modelling tools such as EASE or equivalent.
• Ability to translate business priorities into technical plans and manage multiple markets.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and technical writing; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Solutions Engineering team and establish objectives and performance expectations.
• Translate global direction into regional engineering plans and team goals.
• Manage workload, projects and resource deployment across markets.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation for complex design challenges.
• Deliver system designs and product application support for markets outside China and India.
