Job summary

Google seeks a skilled Investigator for its Security Investigations & Assessments team in Singapore. You will conduct comprehensive investigations into potential security violations affecting Google employees and assets, and deliver evidence-based findings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 4 years in security investigations, plus training in investigative interviewing. APAC experience and familiarity with local regulatory requirements are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience conducting security investigations.
• Formal investigative and interview training from a recognised organisation.
• 6 years of security investigations experience in APAC.
• 4 years of data analysis for security investigations.
• Experience in military, law enforcement, corporate, or legal internal investigations with APAC regulatory knowledge.
• Experience using WAVR21 or similar threat assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents and gather evidence with objective findings.
• Assess internal threats and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks.
• Review processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate across Google teams to promote security awareness.
