Job summary

Silesia Group seeks an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Lead – APAC, based in Singapore, to drive a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA rollout across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will coordinate with global leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver regional templates and local compliance.

This is an 18–24‑month contract with potential to convert to permanent. Occasional travel within APAC or international may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA transformations, preferably Greenfield.
• Experience in international ERP programs, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to manage implementation partners and system integrators.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with global template adoption and APAC localisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout across APAC within scope, time and budget.
• Coordinate readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilisation activities.
• Align regional plans with the global template and regional regulatory needs.
• Manage governance, reporting and escalation to CIO and global leadership.
• Oversee data governance, master data management and migration activities.
• Drive change management and business readiness across APAC.
